These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MissedCall service ("Service"), operated by Deal Intel LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

Service Description

MissedCall is an automated customer communication platform that sends text messages to callers who were unable to reach a business by phone. The Service qualifies service requests via SMS and connects customers with available service providers.

SMS Terms

• Program Name: MissedCall Customer Care
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive messages related to your service inquiry, typically 3-8 messages per conversation.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at missedcall@getdealintel.com.
• Supported Carriers: Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

User Consent

By calling a business that uses the MissedCall service, you consent to receiving automated text messages at the phone number you called from. These messages are related to your service inquiry and are not marketing communications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No Guarantee of Service

MissedCall facilitates communication between you and the business you called. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or timeliness of any services provided by the business. Any service agreement is between you and the business directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Intel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
